ACID

directed by Alexander Gorchilin

Making it out there without a father.

Acid is an ode to youth, a film about 20-year-olds who are entering the real world for the first time. The film is the portrait of a generation looking for meaning in their lives. The main characters justify their irresponsibility and infantile behaviour by the lack of communication with their parents. Their principal agony is that they grew up without fathers ; now the time has come for them to achieve the status of adult males.
