After 15 years working as a researcher in anthropology for the CNRS (NATIONAL CENTER FOR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH) Jacky Katu considered a total change in carrer to fulfill a lifelong dream when he became a Filmmaker and a stage Director. Jacky Katu directed a first medium-length feature film CINQ A SEC which was selected in several Festivals. He then, wrote and directed his first feature film FAIS-MOI RÊVER (2004) followed by FENÊTRE SUR RUE (2007), DO ME LOVE (2010) and 4.48 (2015) Inspired by the life of Sarah Kane, the English Playwright of Psychose 4.48.
